For Days 1–5 of the Test Match, if play does not take place or is restricted on the day for which your ticket is valid, you will be entitled to a refund of the match ticket value as follows:

• Zero to 15 overs played: full refund
• 15.1 to 30 overs played: 50% refund

In no other circumstances will a refund be issued.

If play does not take place or is restricted on the day for which your ticket is valid, you will be entitled to a refund of the match ticket value as follows:

• Zero to 10 overs played in the only or final match of the day, with no result obtained: full refund
• 10.1 to 20 overs played in the only or final match of the day, with no result obtained: 50% refund

In no other circumstances will a refund be issued.

Hospitality: If a hospitality booking is affected by adverse weather, the original booker will be entitled to a full or partial refund based on the Gold admission ticket price. No refund will be issued for the catering or hospitality element of the booking.

If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or fewer and no result is possible because of adverse weather, ticket purchasers will be entitled to exchange their tickets for another day of domestic cricket during the same season. This excludes quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals.

For double-header matchdays, eligibility is determined by play in the men’s match. If the men’s match is restricted to 9.5 overs or fewer and no result is possible, the exchange policy above will apply.

Vitality Blast Passports and Bundles: Vitality Blast Passports and Bundles are not eligible for a monetary refund if a match is affected by adverse weather.

If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or fewer on a day for which your Passport or Three Match Bundle is valid, you will be eligible to claim a guest ticket for another day of domestic cricket during the same season. This excludes quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals.

The original purchaser will be emailed an online form through which they can select the date for which they would like their guest ticket to be issued.

Hospitality: If fewer than 9.5 overs are played during the men’s Vitality Blast match, the original hospitality booker will be entitled to a full refund of the Advance Ticket Price. No refund will be issued for the catering or hospitality element of the booking.

If play is restricted to 19.5 overs or fewer because of adverse weather, there will be no monetary refund. Tickets should be retained and can be exchanged for another day in the same competition during the same season.

In no other circumstances will an exchange or monetary refund be issued for general admission tickets.

Hospitality: If a hospitality booking is affected by adverse weather, the original booker will be entitled to a full or partial refund of the Advance Ticket Price. No refund will be issued for the catering or hospitality element of the booking.

If 100 balls or fewer are bowled across both matches on the day for which your ticket is valid, and no result is obtained in either match, an automatic full refund of the ticket price will be issued. Booking fees are excluded.

If 100 balls or fewer are bowled in one of the two matches and no result is obtained in that match, an automatic refund of 50% of the ticket price will be issued. Booking fees are excluded.

Any refund will be issued to the original credit or debit card used by the ticket purchaser within 60 days of the affected match.

Hospitality: Hospitality bookings affected under the same conditions will receive the equivalent full or 50% refund based on the Gold Adult admission ticket price. No refund will be issued for the catering or hospitality element of the booking.
