How Do I Join As A Member?

You can join as a Member online by clicking here or you can contact the Membership Team over the phone on 02380 472002 (opt 2) or by emailing membership@utilitabowl.com.

Alternatively, you can join as a Member in person by visiting Utilita Bowl Store (Open 10am - 4pm, Mon - Fri) accessible via the venue's West Gate.

How Much Does Membership Cost?

Prices for Memberships vary depending on the category of Membership and the admission rights associated with them. Our Junior Membership offering is available for just £25, whilst Premium and Standard Membership categories carry a £10 concession discount for those residing outside of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight (for those aged 30+) or those aged over 60.

A £20 Early Bird discount is applied to all Memberships purchased by 31st January (excluding Junior, Life & Millenium Memberships) making adult Memberships (aged 30+) available from £190 when purchased before this discount deadline.

A further £10 discount is available on all Memberships (excl. Junior) to those who purchase a Membership via Direct Debit.

Premium Memberships are now available with tailor-made prices to those aged 17-21 and 22-29 years old from just £59, courtesy of the Early Bird discount.

How Do I Enquire About Wheelchair Membership?

When do 2024 Hampshire Cricket Membership renewals and applications open?

2024 Hampshire Cricket Memberships are available to renew or buy from Wednesday 30th August 2023 at www.utilitabowl.com/membership.

When can 2024 Hampshire Cricket Members purchase tickets for England’s matches in 2024?

Utilita Bowl will stage two all-action IT20s in 2024 as England Women face New Zealand on Saturday 6th July, before England Men take on Australia in an IT20 of their own on Wednesday 11th September.

2024 Executive Club Members and Members with an International Priority Upgrade get first access to purchase England tickets and select their seats to the match from Wednesday 13th September 2023, before all other 2024 Hampshire Cricket Members can purchase tickets from Wednesday 20th September 2023, ahead of the ballot and general public.

What's Different About An Executive Club Membership For 2024?

An Executive Club Membership will have all Membership upgrades included as part of the Membership's benefits, and therefore Executive Club Members are entitled to the benefits that come with an International Priority Upgrade, Car Parking Upgrade and Guest Voucher Upgrade without needing to add it to the Membership.

If I’m a 2023 Member or am intending on renewing or joining as a Member for 2024 do I need to enter the ballot for international tickets?

No, you won’t need to enter the ballot as you’ll get access to England tickets before any successful ballot entrants.

If you’re going to be a Hampshire Cricket Member in 2024 and join or renew between 30th August to 4th October 2023, then you will be sure to beat the ballot to access international tickets with Hampshire Cricket Members' priority ticket access where you can secure discounted, Members' Area tickets.

How much does an International Priority Bolt-On cost?

An International Priority bolt-on costs £60 and as well as granting first access to England tickets it also includes free parking at England’s internationals at Utilita Bowl in 2024.

International Priority upgrades were available to purchase until 11:59pm Tuesday 12th September.

I've Joined As A Member, When Will I Receive My Membership Pack?

For those joining/renewing their Membership early; Membership packs will be sent out in early to mid-March and will contain all the relevant information regarding the season ahead, including your new Membership card.

For Memberships purchased after this point; packs will be sent out the same week. For Memberships purchased in person, packs will be compiled while you wait.

I'm Renewing My Membership, Will I Require A New Membership Card?

If you are renewing your Membership, your new Membership card will be enclosed within your Membership pack and sent to you before the start of the season. Life and Millenium Members will not receive new cards for each season, as these cards will be renewed automatically before the start of every season unless the Membership is terminated.

I No Longer Use My Membership, Can I Obtain A Refund?

Unfortunately not, there isn't a refund option for Memberships not being utilised.

I'm A Member But Can't Remember My Online Login Details - What Should I Do?

You won't need to create an account, please contact the Membership Team via 02380 472002 (Mon-Fri: 10am-4pm) or membership@utilitabowl.com. Alternatively, if it's just your username you're unsure of, it will always be your email address.

Where Can I Sit On Matchdays?

Hampshire Members have reserved seating, in front of the pavilion and behind the bowler's arm, in blocks A, B, X and W.

What's more, all Members have access to the pavilion's Roof Terrace for County Championship and One Day Cup Matches. Executive Club Members and Members with International Upgrade have access to seating on the Roof Terrace for Vitality Blast matches.

Are There Any Areas Just Reserved For Members On Matchdays?

For all domestic matches, the Rod Bransgrove pavilion's Derek Shackleton Bar is reserved purely for Hampshire Members. The Robin Smith Suite is reserved on all domestic matchdays for Executive Club Members.

Can Someone Else Use My Membership Card If I Cannot Attend A Match?

Unfortunately not, Membership cards are only valid for use by the person named on the card. The only exception to this rule is with Executive Club Membership, which is transferable and can be used by any number of people within a season.

Are There Any Discounts Available On Membership?

There is a £10 concession discount on all Adult Memberships (excluding Executive Club) for those aged over 60 or those residing outside of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight (aged 30+). 

There is also a £20 Early Bird discount available until 31st January on all Memberships excluding Junior, Life and Millenium Memberships.

A further £10 Direct Debit discount can be made on a 2024 Membership if the Membership is purchased via Direct Debit before 30th November 2023. Click here to secure a Membership via Direct Debit.

Is Car Parking Included With My Membership?

Car parking is only included with Executive Club Membership. All other Members are able to upgrade for a season-long car parking pass (to cover all Hampshire's home domestic matches) for just £70. 2024 Parking passes are available to purchase here.

Please note, season-long parking passes are not valid for outgrounds.

I've Lost My Membership Card, What Should I Do?

Please contact the Membership Team to arrange a replacement. Please note, a £5 fee will be charged for any replacement Membership cards requested.
