Born in Philadelphia, USA, Norris first joined the Vipers in 2017, after impressing with Sussex for multiple years.
While studying at Loughborough University, Norris briefly joined the Lightning and played there for two seasons, before re-joining the Vipers in 2020.
The left-armer was quick to make an impact back in the orange and black, taking 12 wickets at an average of 17.91 in the successful Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy campaign in its inaugural year.
The 2021 season was another successful one for Norris, who spearheaded the Vipers attack, as she was the top wicket taker for the team with 24 scalps across both the Charlotte Edwards Cup and RHF Trophy, along with a List A best score of 40* which was vital to the Vipers second successful Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy in as many years.
In October 2021, Norris made her international debut for the USA and has, so far, taken four international wickets at an average of 7.75, and an economy of 1.72 runs per over.
Norris also represents Southern Brave in the Hundred, similar to many of her Southern Vipers teammates. In the first year of the competition, she took three wickets, but didn’t feature in the 2022 season despite being re-signed for the Brave.
In 2022, Norris found herself out of the Charlotte Edwards Cup side, but led the way for the Vipers with the ball in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy, as she took 12 wickets at an average under 20, going at just four runs per over in the process.
