Knee Physiotherapy

Expert support for knee injuries, recovery, and long-term joint health

The knee is one of the most complex and heavily used joints in the body - making it particularly vulnerable to injury, wear and tear, and post-surgical challenges. At our clinic, our Knee Specialist Physiotherapists are highly experienced in assessing and treating a wide range of knee conditions, helping patients recover strength, stability, and mobility through tailored, evidence-based care.

Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing osteoarthritis, or dealing with a sports-related injury, our team are here to support your recovery and help you return to daily life with confidence.

Conditions We Treat

Our knee specialists regularly assess and manage a broad spectrum of knee conditions, including:

  • Fat pad irritation and impingement
  • Leg and knee fractures
  • Ligament strains and post-operative rehabilitation (including ACL repairs)
  • Meniscal injuries and post-op meniscal repairs
  • Muscle tears involving the quadriceps, hamstrings, or calf
  • Osteoarthritis of the knee
  • Osteochondral injuries (including osteochondritis dissecans)
  • Patellofemoral joint pain
  • Post-operative care following knee replacements (total, partial, or resurfacing)

Advanced Support: Custom Knee Bracing

As a recognised knee brace fitting centre, we offer a range of custom and off-the-shelf braces to support your recovery and performance, including:

  • Joint off-loader braces for osteoarthritis relief
  • Ligament support braces for post-injury or post-surgery stabilisation
  • Sport-specific braces, including options for skiing, running, and high-impact activities

Our Approach

Our knee Physiotherapy begins with a thorough assessment to identify the source of your symptoms and understand your movement goals. From there, we build a personalised treatment plan which may include:

  • Manual therapy
  • Strengthening and stability exercises
  • Joint mobilisation
  • Taping techniques
  • Bracing where appropriate.

Whether you're aiming to return to sport, recover after surgery, or simply reduce pain and improve function, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
