Utilita Bowl Hospitality Visitor Guide
Are you planning on visiting Utilita Bowl as a hospitality guest soon?
To make the most of your visit, here's some top tips:
- Plan your journey to and from Utilita Bowl in advance and give yourself plenty of time to arrive.
- Depending on the hospitality package booked, you may have on-site car parking included. Make sure to request car-parking ahead of the matchday. Alternatively, plenty of public transport options are available.
- Car parks will be open 30 minutes before gate openings. Arrive early and plan to stay for a little bit of time after the game to allow road and pedestrian traffic to reduce.
- Read and follow our Grounds Regulations.
Getting Here & Travel
Please plan your journey in advance to avoid delays in getting to Utilita Bowl.
Depending on the hospitality package booked, you may have on-site car parking included. Those with car parking included are entitled to one parking pass for every four guests per party.
Please ensure on-site car parking has been requested via the car parking form prior to the matchday - this will be sent out via email before the game.

Cars parking on-site will be directed to the appropriate car parks by stewards on the matchday upon arrival.
Car parks will be open 30 minutes before gate openings.

Visitors are urged to not park in local residential areas.
Visitors not driving to the venue are encouraged to use public transport options to get to the venue, including Bluestar public bus services, and trains to Southampton Airport Parkway or Hedge End stations.
Free shuttle services will be available for all fans travelling to and from Utilita Bowl to Southampton Airport Parkway Railway and Hedge End Railway Stations for Vitality Blast and The Hundred, whilst tickets for these rail shuttle buses are available for a small fee for international cricket fixtures.

Opening Times
Gates open at different times, depending on the competition or event day you are attending.
Rothesay County Championship - 1 hour before match scheduled start.
Vitality Blast - 90 minutes before single fixture scheduled match start, or 1 hour before double header scheduled match start.
Metro Bank One Day Cup - 1 hour before match scheduled start.
England Internationals - 2 hours before match scheduled start.
The Hundred - 90 minutes before match scheduled start
Access & General Information
Hospitality bookers can see which gate (East or West) to enter through on their tickets.
Shane Warne Suite, Shane Warne Stand Boxes 1-5, and Robin Smith Suite hospitality guests can enter via the West Gate.
Hampshire Suite, Udal Lounge, and CIM Boxes are accessible via the Colin Ingleby-McKenzie Stand, at the East Gate entrance.
BEEFY'S by Lord Botham hospitality guests for internationals should enter via the Hilton Hotel main entrance.

Your digital ticket QR code will be available 5 hours before the match, allowing you to enjoy a paperless entry experience - just scan your code on the day of the event using your device.
Dress code - The dress code for all hospitality areas is smart casual. No running trainers, flip flops, sportswear (excluding Hampshire merchandise) or ripped jeans are permitted. Tailored shorts are permitted. All guests must comply with the venue's dress code, failure to do so may result in access to the hospitality area being denied.
Hospitality suites close one hour after the close of play or abandonment of play.
Utilita Bowl is a cashless venue and we cannot accept cash on-site for any transactions.
Spectators are prohibited from walking onto the field of play.
Prohibited Items include - Alcohol, Glass, Cans, Musical Instruments, Flares, Laser Devices, Air Horns, Fireworks, Weapons, Whistles
Facilities
A multi-faith room will be available as a shared facility for spectators, located under the Colin Ingleby-MacKenzie Stand.
Our new Sensory Room is available for use during the Vitality Blast season. You can pre-book use of the room and terrace ahead of the game by emailing
Sensory bags, designed to add comfort and security to disabled supporters to perfect their matchday experience, are available to pre-book on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hospitality hosts will be available in the suites for any queries that you may have.
Hospitality opens from gates opening until one hour after the close of play.
A contemplation room is available as a shared facility for spectators, located under the Colin Ingleby-MacKenzie Stand.
Both a changing places facility and accessible toilets are located within the ground.
Utilita Bowl Store is open for all matchdays and can be located underneath the Shane Warne Stand, inside the West Gate.

Food & Drink
Utilita Bowl serves the best food in cricket, as voted for by fans, and with new options available this year, it's unmissable at this summer's event days coming to the venue.
To ensure we can accommodate any dietary requirements for you and your guests, a dietary request form will be emailed to you in advance of matchday.
For Blast, Hundred, and International fixtures, you will also receive the menu ahead of the fixture.
BEEFY’S by Lord Botham Restaurant & Bar (located within Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl) serves food all day, and can be access via the main hotel entrance. Free-to-use water fountains are located at both ends of the Shane Warne Stand and the hotel end of the Colin Ingleby-Mackenzie Stand.
Utilita Bowl operates a strict ‘Challenge 25’ alcohol policy and as such anyone deemed to look Under 25 will be asked to provide photographic proof of age, prior to being served.

What happens if the match is reduced or called off?
Hospitality bookings affected by adverse weather will be entitled to a full refund of the advance ticket price. There will be no further refund issued for the hospitality element of the booking.
