If you have purchased tickets already, these will have been provided by Yuup. Your tickets will be scanned upon entry so please ensure you have these ready on the day. No access will be granted without a ticket.
For any issues or queries on the day before entering the ground please visit the Matchday Ticket Office outside of the West Gate or when through the gates visit the Matchday Information Point within our Pavilion.

Gates will open at 5:00pm. Please use West Gate and East Gate to enter the venue. The food and drink stalls also open from 5:00pm.
The show is scheduled to begin at approximately 7:00pm and finish at 7:45pm. Delays may be possible due to weather conditions.
The ground will close to all visitors at 8:30pm.
From gates opening at 5:00pm, visitors can enjoy an epic playlist which will create a fantastic atmosphere at Utilita Bowl.
David Goodings will be presenting the event, helping to build the anticipation as people take their seats ahead of the start of the spellbinding show at 7:00pm.
There will be a number of delicious food and drink stalls available on the West Berm for people to enjoy throughout the night!
The food options on offer include loaded fries, Greek, pizza, burgers, hotdogs, churros, sweets and more!
Coffee and other hot drinks are available, while alcoholic drinks can also be purchased from the Shane Warne Stand Bar and the Atrium Bar.

There is the possibility that this experience may need to be rescheduled for weather-related reasons. In the event of bad weather conditions, you will be offered two options. Either a refund or the opportunity to transfer to the contingency date. The contingency date for this show is Sunday 9 March 2025. In the event that the show is moved to the contingency date and then the contingency date cannot go ahead, all customers will be refunded.
If this does occur, Yuup will contact all customers by email and SMS to confirm.

If you wish to store a buggy or wheelchair during the event please visit Utilita Bowl Store, located under the Shane Warne Stand, upon entry into the stadium. Please note access to the shop to retrieve items will be restricted during the show.
Our event day information point will be available at the Arlott Atrium if you require any additional information on the day.
