Please plan your journey in advance to avoid delays in getting to Utilita Bowl.
As part of your hospitality package, on-site parking is available. You are entitled to one parking pass for every four guests in your party.
Please ensure on-site car parking has been requested via the car parking form prior to the matchday - this will be sent out via email before the game.

Cars parking on-site will be directed to the appropriate car parks by stewards on the matchday upon arrival.
Car parks will be open 30 minutes before gate openings.

It's encouraged that visitors not travelling via car use public transport options to get to the venue, including Bluestar public bus services, and trains to Southampton Airport Parkway or Hedge End stations.
Free buses will be available for all fans travelling to and from Utilita Bowl to Southampton Airport Parkway Railway and Hedge End Railway Stations for Vitality Blast and The Hundred.
Visitors are urged to not park in local residential areas.

Gates open at different times, depending on the competition or event day you are attending.
Rothesay County Championship - 1 hour before match scheduled start.
Vitality Blast - 90 minutes before single fixture scheduled match start, or 1 hour before double header scheduled match start.
Metro Bank One Day Cup - 1 hour before match scheduled start.
England Internationals - 2 hours before match scheduled start.
Ticket holders and hospitality bookers can access Utilita Bowl via the West Gate. Scan the e-ticket sent to the relevant email address to gain entry to the venue. Please note, turnstiles will not be in operation until 30th May.
Upon arrival, please ensure you have your e-ticket or entry card at the ready.

Once set up, you’ll enjoy instant access to your Utilita Bowl tickets directly on your phone. You can easily transfer tickets to friends or family by entering their phone number, and the transfer process takes just seconds.
Your digital ticket QR code will be available 5 hours before the match, allowing you to enjoy a paperless entry experience - just scan your code on the day of the event using your device.
Spectators are prohibited from walking onto the field of play.
Prohibited Items include - Alcohol, Glass, Cans, Musical Instruments, Flares, Laser Devices, Air Horns, Fireworks, Weapons, Whistles
Dress code - The dress code for all hospitality areas is smart casual. No running trainers, flip flops, sportswear (excluding Hampshire merchandise) or ripped jeans are permitted. Tailored shorts are permitted. All guests must comply with the venue's dress code, failure to do so may result in access to the hospitality area being denied.
Utilita Bowl is a cashless venue and we cannot accept cash on-site for any transactions.
An information point will be open in the Arlott Atrium for any queries that you may have, and will be open from gates opening until the close of play. Please note, any lost property should be handed in or collected from this information point.
A contemplation room is available as a shared facility for spectators, located under the Colin Ingleby-MacKenzie Stand.
Both a changing places facility and accessible toilets are located within the ground.
Utilita Bowl Store is open for all matchdays and can be located underneath the Shane Warne Stand, inside the West Gate.

To ensure we can accommodate any dietary requirements for you and your guests, a dietary request form will be emailed to you in advance of matchday.
For Blast, Hundred, and International fixtures, you will also receive the menu ahead of time.

Free-to-use water fountains are located at both ends of the Shane Warne Stand and the hotel end of the Colin Ingleby-Mackenzie Stand.
Utilita Bowl operates a strict ‘Challenge 25’ alcohol policy and as such anyone deemed to look Under 25 will be asked to provide photographic proof of age, prior to being served.
