Utilita Bowl is the home of Hampshire Cricket, Southern Vipers and Southern Brave.

In 2023, Utilita Bowl hosted England Women in a sold-out Ashes ODI against Australia on Sunday 16th July, before England Men take on New Zealand in an ODI of their own on Sunday 10th September.

Domestic action saw Southern Vipers successfully defend their T20 title and Hampshire Hawks reach a record-breaking tenth T20 Finals Day, with plenty of other cricket to be played in other competitions.

The Hundred also returned for a third edition, which saw record attendances across each matchday for the Women's fixture.

2024 Safe Hands Course

Attend our upcoming face to face safeguarding workshops

Friday 15 December 2023

This is an opportunity for clubs to send new or existing Safeguarding Officers to face to face training sessions as part of their engagement/ongoing commitment to safeguarding within cricket.

Club Safeguarding Officers are vital members of the club and key to making an environment safe, welcoming, and friendly for everyone to enjoy the game of cricket.

Safeguarding Officers need to complete three sets of training:

Online ‘Safeguarding for Specialist Roles’
A ‘top up’ online module – ‘Safeguarding for Committee Members and Club Safeguarding Officers’
Face to face ‘Safe Hands' workshop which is run by the local County Cricket Board

These courses should be updated every 3 years.
