Entrants must be legal residents of the UK and Northern Ireland  and must be at least 25 years old or over and have held a full UK driving licence for at least 5 years, with no more than 6 penalty points cumulatively and no previous driving disqualifications. Driving licence and DVLA check code will need to be supplied prior to taking a vehicle out.

Employees and their immediate families of  the Promoter  or any of its group, affiliated or associated companies, agents or any other person connected with the prize draw are not permitted to enter.

There  will be one winner selected in total. The Prize is subject to availability on your requested dates and may not be available.  If not available on your chosen date, an alternative date can be selected.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• By entering this Prize Draw, you confirm your acceptance and agree to these Terms and Conditions above and below.

• Entry to the prize draw will start on the 23rd May 2025  and close at  11:59pm on Monday 14th July.
• The Promoter reserves the right to temporarily suspend, cancel or vary the prize draw at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion, or due to circumstances beyond its control, and will use reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants to avoid disappointment.
• The Promoter reserve the right to disqualify any entry which does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if an entrant’s and/or Winner’s conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw and/or if an entrant or Winner is found to be tampering and/or to have tampered with the operation of the draw.
• The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any communication that does not reach the intended recipient for any reason whatsoever and/or non inclusion of any entries as a result of technical failure or otherwise.
• The Winner must not have been involved in more than one motoring accident or claim during the preceding three years. The Winner must not be convicted of a criminal offence, or have any pending prosecutions, other than Road Traffic Act offences.
• The Winner must not have any DVLA referable conditions, that have not been reported to the DVLA.
• The Winner will be asked to provide a second form of identification to confirm their address as listed on the licence prior to collecting a vehicle e.g. credit card bill, utility bill.
• The Winner will be asked to sign a demonstrator declaration document, provided by the Promoter.
• In the event of vehicle theft, damage or a road traffic accident, you confirm to report the incident and pay for the repair cost or the insurance excess of £5,000.

THE PRIZE:

• The selection of the winner will take place at the Promoters address and will follow the following process: one winner will be chosen at random and contacted by 16^th July.
• The Promoter will contact the winner by email to let them know that they have won and to arrange the weekend.
• Before taking up the Prize, the Winner will be asked to provide their driving licence, which will be validated by the Promoter, and asked to read and sign the Promoter’s insurance policy, which provides details about the insurance cover the Winner will receive and what to do in an event of an accident/claim and must be complied with by the Winner when using the vehicle as part of the Prize.
• No substitute nor alternative prize will be awarded if the Winner doesn’t comply with any of the Terms and Conditions as listed.
• The Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Any substitute prize will be a Renault 5 albeit a different colour/model depending on availability at the time.
• If not claimed, the Prize will expire by 31^st October 2025.

USE OF THE VEHICLE:

• In taking up the Prize, the Winner agrees and confirms that they will:
  • Only use the vehicle on paved roads, in accordance with the Highway Code and will only operate the vehicle in a legal and safe manner
  • Ensure that the Winner and/or any passengers do not smoke or vape in the vehicle
  • Be liable for, and promptly pay any parking fines, speeding offences, toll charges and/or other fines or charges incurred by the Winner when taking up the Prize. The Promoter shall not be liable for any fines or charges incurred by the Winner when travelling to and from the site to collect and return the vehicle, or use of the vehicle, as part of the Prize.
  • Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance which may impair their ability to drive the vehicle or cause it to be operated illegally.
  • Ensure the vehicle is not taken outside of the United Kingdom (taking to Northern Ireland is also excluded)
  • Be required to pay a valet charge should the vehicle be returned in an inappropriate condition.
• There is no cash or credit alternative for the Prize and the Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable and non changeable or refundable. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the Winner's behalf.
• If the Promoter subsequently discovers any Winner is ineligible, has breached these T&C and/or the terms of the Insurance Documents, or foul play or unethical conduct is suspected under these T&Cs, then the Promoter reserves the right to not award the Prize, and another participant will be selected.
• In all circumstances, the Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• To the fullest extent permitted by Law, the Promoter excludes liability for any losses, damages or claims incurred by any person in connection with the prize draw or through acceptance of the prize.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• The prize draw and  these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
