Hampshire will host Kent at the The Ageas Bowl in the opening round of County Championship matches, beginning on Sunday 19th April, before then travelling to Taunton to face Somerset on Saturday 25th April.

Somerset will also be the opponents in the final fixture of the season as James Vince’s side return to the The Ageas Bowl for the season-closing match on Tuesday 22nd September.

Next year’s Vitality Blast competition will begin earlier than previous seasons with Hampshire’s quest to reach a record-breaking eighth T20 Finals Day beginning on Friday 29th May with a huge home ‘el clasicoast’ clash against local rivals Sussex Sharks.

Kent Spitfires will be Hampshire’s hosts for the first away contest in the competition on Sunday 31st May. Nine fixtures will be played in total across June before the final three South Group fixtures arrive in July whilst T20 Finals Day will be held at Edgbaston on Saturday 5th September.

Following an impressive 50-over title defence in 2019, Hampshire will start the Royal London Cup campaign later this year, with the competition curtain-raiser seeing Worcestershire Rapids visit the The Ageas Bowl for the first time in the competition since 2014, on Sunday 19th July.

In a change to the group structure for 2020, next summer’s List A competition will no longer be divided into two divisions geographically with teams instead playing a selection of counties from across the country.

Hampshire will also return to the Isle of Wight next year as part of the 2020 Royal London Cup, following this year’s successful visit to Newclose for a four-day fixture against Nottinghamshire – a match which marked the first first-class fixture to be played on the Isle of Wight since 1962. Lancashire will be Hampshire’s opponents at Newclose next summer with the match to take place on Sunday 9th August.

The Hundred will get underway for the first time in 2020 with the first men’s match scheduled for Friday 17th July and the first women’s fixture set for Friday 24th July.

The Ageas Bowl-based Southern Brave are one of eight teams featuring in the competition, with their first home match taking place on Wednesday 22nd July against Manchester Originals, one of five fixtures (four men’s, one women’s) to be hosted at the venue.

The full 2020 fixtures are now available for fans to view in the free-to-download Hampshire Cricket App. The first of its type in English county cricket and designed to bring Hampshire supporters closer to the action, the App can be downloaded on Android and iOS devices.

The best way to catch the Hampshire squad in action all year long next season is with a 2020 Hampshire Cricket Membership and there’s never been a better time to join or renew with Early Bird and Direct Debit discounts now available.

2020 Members also receive access to an exclusive allocation of tickets for next summer’s international fixtures at the The Ageas Bowl all at a discounted price, including for the sold-out England v Australia One-Day International on Tuesday 14th July as well as England’s IT20 against Pakistan on Wednesday 2nd September.
