Utilita Bowl is on a mission to become the world's greenest international cricket stadium. Home to some of England's most successful cricket teams as well as Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl, eforea spa, Boundary Lakes Golf Course, Hampshire Wellbeing Centre and BEEFY's Restaurant.

Utilita Bowl is the home of Hampshire Cricket and Southern Brave, whilst also being a host venue for England Cricket internationals.

In 2024, Hampshire Cricket finished second in the Vitality County Championship, reached the knock-out stage of the Metro Bank One Day Cup and hosted seven action-packed Vitality Blast fixtures as Hampshire Hawks.

Southern Vipers went into their final season as the ‘Vipers’, reaching both Charlotte Edwards Cup and Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy semi-finals.

Southern Brave Men finished Runners-Up in The Hundred after hosting four spectacular double header matchdays at Utilita Bowl with the Women’s side in July & August.

Both England Men & Women hosted sold-out IT20 cricket at the venue based just outside Southampton. England Women welcomed New Zealand, before England Men hosted Ashes rivals Australia.

In 2025, England return for three international fixtures, including Men's fixtures against West Indies and South Africa, as well as England Women hosting India.

James Fuller announced as July's Player's Special

Following the launch of the Player's Special at BEEFY'S in April.

The team at BEEFY'S by Lord Botham are excited to launch a new menu concept, The Player's Special. Beginning in April and running through until September, each month will be dedicated to a member of the Hampshire Cricket and Southern Vipers teams.

The BEEFY'S Executive Head Chef and restaurant team had the pleasure of sitting down and interviewing members of the Hampshire Cricket and Southern Vipers squads to discuss their favourite meals, dishes and tastes.

July's Player's Special - James Fuller

We continue our Player's Special with Hampshire Cricket's big-hitting All-Rounder, James Fuller.

James is a big-hitting, fast-bowling all-rounder who joined Hampshire in 2019 from Middlesex and has since starred for the Club across all formats. Born in South Africa, Fuller has been playing professionally in England since 2011 and has become a firm favourite at The Ageas Bowl courtesy of his all-action style.
