Utilita Bowl is on a mission to become the world's greenest international cricket stadium. Home to some of England's most successful cricket teams as well as Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl, eforea spa, Boundary Lakes Golf Course, Hampshire Wellbeing Centre and BEEFY's Restaurant.

Utilita Bowl is the home of Hampshire Cricket and Southern Brave, whilst also hosting England internationals and the ICC Women's T20 World Cup in 2026.

Join Hampshire as they compete in the traditional four-day Rothesay County Championship competition, ahead of both men's and women's sides turning attention to the action-packed Vitality Blast T20 competition as Hampshire Hawks in May-July.

Hampshire then return to compete in the Metro Bank One Day Cup - the 50-over competition in which both sides finished runners-up in 2025 - and the Final of the Women's competition, to be hosted once again at Utilita Bowl on Saturday 19th September 2026.

July and August will once again see The Hundred land at Utilita Bowl for four spectacular men's and women's double header matchdays.

Cricket’s greatest rivalry will then arrive at Utilita Bowl in 2027, as England and Australia go head-to-head in an Ashes Test Match, which promises to be one of the biggest and most in-demand sporting occasions ever hosted at the venue.

Fidel Edwards Signs New Hampshire Contract

West-Indian fast-bowler has taken 45 Championship wickets in 8 matches

Hampshire Cricket are pleased to announce fast-bowler Fidel Edwards has signed a new one-year contract.

The West-Indian paceman has hugely impressed since he arrived at the The Ageas Bowl, picking up 45 LV= County Championship wickets in 8 matches at an average of just 20.8.

He’s been fantastic for us this year – he’s bowled with a lot of pace and know-how in varying conditions and we’re delighted to have him with us again. Fidel has always expressed his enjoyment at playing for Hampshire and was thankful that we showed faith in him to start with – he adds a different dimension to our bowling attack and this will give the changing room a huge boost going into next season

Most notably, Edwards became the first Hampshire player this season to pick up ten wickets in a match in the last fixture of the season against Nottinghamshire at Trent Bridge.
