The victory comes just a week after Hampshire lifted the national U18 T20 title, chasing 222 against Nottinghamshire in a thrilling final.
Hampshire won the toss and elected to bowl in the 50-over final, and quickly took control of proceedings. Yorkshire were reduced to 34/4, before Hampshire continued to take wickets at regular intervals and eventually dismissed them for 153 in 39.2 overs.
Emily Wilson and Talitha Stanley led the way with the ball, taking three wickets apiece. Wilson finished with 3/33 from her ten overs, including three maidens, while Stanley returned figures of 3/27 from eight overs. Georgie Russell also played her part with 2/25.
Hampshire then made a strong start to their chase, with Georgina Wilson and Freya Watkinson putting on 55 for the opening wicket.
Watkinson continued to take the attack to Yorkshire, striking nine fours in an excellent 49 from 39 balls, before falling just one run short of her well-deserved fifty.

With Hampshire firmly in control, Darcey Clarke and captain Georgia Toosey put together an unbeaten stand to finish the job. Clarke made 39 from 40 balls, while Toosey struck 41 from just 26, including four fours and two sixes.
The pair guided Hampshire to 156/2 in just 21.1 overs, sealing an emphatic eight-wicket victory and the 50-over crown.
The triumph completes a fantastic week for Hampshire U18 Girls, who finish the season as national champions in both T20 and 50-over cricket.
