Hampshire Cricket is seeking an exceptional Head Coach to drive the Club to sustained success in all formats of the game.
The Head Coach will collaborate closely with the Director of Cricket to establish key values and foster a culture that encourages consistent improvement and peak performance.
Hours: Flexible approach to working hours due to the seasonal nature of the role. Emphasis on availability will be during the cricket season and competition schedules.
Salary: Based on experience
Location: Utilita Bowl & Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, SO30 3XH, however the role requires extensive UK and possible overseas travel.
