We're seeking an F&B Assistant to work in our Boundary Bar to join a team that aim to deliver a high standard of customer service and hospitality to every guest who walks into the bar.
Boundary Bar F&B Assistant
The Role
An F&B Assistant working in our Boundary Bar will join a team that aim to deliver a high standard of customer service and hospitality to every guest who walks into the bar. You can expect to serve guests and members of the golf course, the public during the cricket season, and host a variety of events. The team will work together to promote a hospitable and professional image to guests and provide full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure service standards are adhered to at all times.
Be part of a team, able to handle all positive and negative guest feedback.
Actively consider prevention of any complaints.
Understand and promote products/menus.
Work in line and have full understanding of weights and measurements/licencing
Anticipate guests' needs wherever possible and promote hospitality within the venue, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Undertake company and legal standards for cleanliness and maintain within the department.
Be part of a team that is correctly uniformed in line with company standards and understand the importance of personal hygiene.
Hours: 40 hours a week with flexible hours Monday - Sunday.
Salary: £26,500pa, permanent full-time contract.
