Hampshire Cricket Foundation is seeking an ambitious leader and proven fundraiser to lead its next phase of growth.
The Foundation has a unique opportunity to leverage the profiles of Hampshire Cricket, Utilita Bowl, and the wider cricket network to deliver meaningful social impact across Hampshire. Its work extends beyond cricket to key issues including health and wellbeing, education, poverty, inclusion, employability, loneliness and community resilience.
The Director will be the Foundation’s lead executive and public face, working with Trustees to set strategy, grow income, and build partnerships. They will ensure resources are directed towards initiatives that deliver measurable public benefit.
This is a senior appointment, with the potential to evolve into a CEO role as the charity grows in scale and impact.
Salary: Competitive and in line with experience
