The Role

We are looking for a Head of Partnership Sales to play a key role in driving sponsorship growth and leading the partnerships sales strategy across both domestic and international cricket, while supporting opportunities around Southern Brave where appropriate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Hampshire Cricket commercial team, at a time of significant growth and opportunity for the Club. With a major events calendar and the venue heading into a historic Ashes year in 2027, this is a unique opportunity to deliver high-value partnerships for leading brands and maximise one of the biggest commercial moments in English cricket.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm, with regular evening and weekend work during the season for matchdays and major events.

Location: Utilita Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, SO30 3XH.

Salary: Competitive and in line with market rates
