We are looking for a dynamic and experienced coach to lead the Hampshire Hawks Academies and State Jets programme, developing talented young cricketers across Hampshire and supporting the wider Boys Pathway. This role combines coaching, programme management, and talent identification in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Hours: Core hours are 30 per week, predominantly afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with flexibility required at certain times of the year.
Location: Utilita Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, SO30 3XH, with travel to local academy and school venues across Hampshire.
