Hampshire will take to the The Ageas Bowl for the first time in the 2017 Royal London One-Day Cup when they take on Middlesex in their third fixture of the 50-over competition on Wednesday.
Hampshire Squad:
Hampshire have named an unchanged 13-man squad for Wednesday’s fixture against Middlesex, with George Bailey, Kyle Abbott and Gareth Berg all included once again.
Rilee Rossouw (finger) and Fidel Edwards (hamstring) remain unavailable for this fixture due to injury, whilst Chris Wood and Brad Wheal (both side) also remain side-lined.
The Opposition:
Middlesex concluded their 2016 Royal London One-Day Cup campaign at the group-stage, finishing sixth in the South Group, one place below Hampshire.
England limited-overs captain, Eoin Morgan, is unavailable for the visitors as he continues to feature in the IPL, whilst Steven Finn is also not included in the Middlesex squad due to the latest England player availability announcement.
Recent Form:
Hampshire claimed victory by 5 wickets (D/L) when these sides last met in June last year with Mason Crane claiming four wickets from his 10 overs, before Liam Dawson hit a half-century to guide Hampshire safely to their target.
