Hampshire Hawks travel to The Spitfire Ground to take on Kent Spitfires, as they look to make it five Vitality Blast wins in a row.
James Vince’s side condemned Somerset to their first defeat of the season with a thrilling five-run victory on Wednesday night and now sit just two points off of the South Group leaders in third.
Kent Spitfires, on the other hand, have struggled in this year’s competition. Since an opening round win over Gloucestershire, the 2021 champions have lost five on the bounce and find themselves in seventh place.
Hampshire Squad
A 14-player squad has been named for the Hawks’ Vitality Blast match against Kent Spitfires.
Joe Weatherley made his first half-century of the competition against Somerset, while James Vince also recorded his fifth of the Vitality Blast campaign – taking his total up to 406 runs so far.
John Turner took two more wickets in just his second ever T20, with Nathan Ellis, Liam Dawson and Mason Crane all picking up one.
