All-Rounder Eliza Bristowe Earns First Professional Hampshire Cricket Contract
Hampshire all-rounder Eliza Bristowe has signed a six-month professional contract for the 2026 summer
Hampshire wicket keeper and all-rounder Megan Sturge has agreed a loan deal with Kent for the 2025 season.
Sturge, who was born in Margate, played three matches for Utilita Bowl-based Southern Vipers – the women’s regional side – from 2023-24, and joined the Vipers Academy in 2023.
The 20-year-old represented Kent from Under 11 level onwards and made her debut for the county in 2021.
The loan arrangement allows Sturge to play for Hampshire and Kent concurrently, allowing both player and counties the flexibility to ensure the needs of all are met.
