As part of our ongoing growth and development, Hampshire Cricket is seeking a Ticket Operations Manager during a period of significant expansion and opportunity for the Club. With a packed events calendar, an Ashes Test on the horizon, and increasing engagement across both domestic and international fixtures, the Ticket Operations Manager will lead and manage the Club’s ticketing operations—overseeing all aspects of platform setup, customer experience, partner relationships, and match-day delivery.
We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate who is operationally excellent and fan-focused, capable of owning and delivering ticketing activity across the Club’s portfolio of matches and events. You must have proven experience managing ticketing operations within a live events, sports, or entertainment environment. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the SecuTix ticketing platform is essential, along with expertise in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and data reporting. The successful candidate will be confident working under pressure, possess a proactive and adaptable working style, and demonstrate flexibility in working hours.

WORKING HOURS & LOCATION

Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, with regular requirements to work evenings and weekends during the season for matchdays and major events.
