Utilita Bowl is on a mission to become the world's greenest international cricket stadium. Home to some of England's most successful cricket teams as well as Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl, eforea spa, Boundary Lakes Golf Course, Hampshire Wellbeing Centre and BEEFY's Restaurant.

Utilita Bowl is the home of Hampshire Cricket and Southern Brave, whilst also being a host venue for England Cricket internationals.

In 2024, Hampshire Cricket finished second in the Vitality County Championship, reached the knock-out stage of the Metro Bank One Day Cup and hosted seven action-packed Vitality Blast fixtures as Hampshire Hawks.

Southern Vipers went into their final season as the ‘Vipers’, reaching both Charlotte Edwards Cup and Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy semi-finals.

Southern Brave Men finished Runners-Up in The Hundred after hosting four spectacular double header matchdays at Utilita Bowl with the Women’s side in July & August.

Both England Men & Women hosted sold-out IT20 cricket at the venue based just outside Southampton. England Women welcomed New Zealand, before England Men hosted Ashes rivals Australia.

In 2025, England return for three international fixtures, including Men's fixtures against West Indies and South Africa, as well as England Women hosting India.

Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist – Hand, Wrist & Elbow

Paulina is a BAHT Registered Chartered Physiotherapist with special interest in Hand Therapy. She has gained her experience in Salisbury Foundation Trust working as physiotherapist in Wessex Rehabilitation Centre, as well as a Senior Physiotherapist in Plastics Outpatients and Acute Hand Trauma Clinic. Paulina has completed BAHT level 1 as well as two BAHT level 2 courses and actively working towards her Accreditation in Hand Therapy.

She takes great care in educating patients regarding their condition and believes in team work to achieve each patient’s goals. Currently she is working in UHS as an Advanced Specialist in Hand Therapy. Privately she enjoys the outdoors, cycling, swimming, crafts and baking.
