100 players and volunteers from 55 cricket clubs and organisations have already got together to work out how to get more people playing the nation's summer game.

"We absolutely need to challenge what we currently do to get to what players and officials want in the future”, said Hampshire Cricket Board's new director Tony Oxley, veteran league cricketer and award-winning coach, who leads the Hampshire Cricket Unleashed events.

Click here to come to the final event at Ropley Sports Pavilion on Wednesday 19th October:

Success in 2020 will be more people playing, watching and loving the game.
We would like to share cricket’s new plan to get more people involved and to make it easier to stay involved. We also need your views on how to gain more players, more followers and more income to re-invest in the growth of the game in Hampshire.
Tony Oxley, Hampshire Cricket Board Ltd Director (Clubs)

The events include:

Dozens of ideas from players and club volunteers on improving youth and adult cricket
Free buffet!
T20 co-inventor Stuart Robertson (Hampshire Cricket Marketing Director) on how the first class game needs strong grassroots cricket
