The Elite International Sports Academy (EISA) offers a unique Sports College experience for 16 – 18 year olds.
Launched in 2016, the College offers a thorough two-year education – provided by SCL Education Group – towards an extended diploma BTEC in Sport Studies. It prepares students for a degree at University, a career in the sports industry, a heightened potential to become a professional sportsman and many more opportunities. It is also government funded, meaning that there are no tuition fees required.
The EISA has specialised in developing cricketing talent in the past few years, by offering eight hours of cricket training within the immaculate cricket facilities at the The Ageas Bowl, with specialised matches also arranged to fulfil cricketing potential within students. All of this occurs alongside fourteen hours of in-class education per week, ensuring that students also receive a competent education to help them grow academically as well.

2018 will be the inaugural year for EISA's Golf Academy, available to students joining this September. Golfing students will enjoy use of the The Ageas Bowl’s brand-new, 18-hole Boundary Lakes Golf Course, run by Hampshire PGA Golf Professional Shaun Hall, as well as practicing at the fantastic facilities at Hedge End Driving Range.

This academic year has seen eleven out of twelve second year students gain University places for the next academic year ahead. Furthermore, current second year students prepare to jet out to Dubai next month for a comprehensive pre-season cricket tour, and put their extensive practice over the winter to the test.
The EISA Open Day takes place at the The Ageas Bowl at 2pm on Tuesday 13th February, and welcomes prospects who are interested in studying sport, as well as aspiring cricketers and golfers.
