The Ageas Bowl's on-site Hampshire Wellbeing Centre are set to host an exclusive, Members-only free taster session for their Wellbeing Gym exercise class programmes, which encompass both Active Ageing and Joint Pain classes designed to help maintain fitness levels and combat painful joints for all ages and abilities.
The complimentary taster session will take place at the Hampshire Wellbeing Centre on the morning of Wednesday May 1st with ex-pros Tim Tremlett and Kevan James also in attendance.
