In partnership with the The Ageas Bowl, the Hampshire Wellbeing Centre is set to host a weight loss course, with sessions beginning in January.
Designed to help those Iooking to lose weight easily, effectively and permanently, this psychology-led course will consist of weekly two-hour sessions for five weeks.
Through personalised psychology and optional hypnotherapy, participants could lose up to 1kg a week as they're assisted with re-thinking their approach to food and dieting helping to overcome overeating, emotional eating and eating related to stress.
Priced at £375, the five week programme will be held at the Hampshire Wellbeing Centre in 2019 with the first sessions beginning on Wednesday 9th January.

Since opening its doors at the The Ageas Bowl in 2013, the Hampshire Wellbeing Centre, the The Ageas Bowl's bespoke healthcare facility has progressed forward significantly and now offers a range of healthcare services including physiotherapy, chiropractic services, podiatry and chiropody, massage, clinical hypnotherapy and sports therapy.
The Centre also runs a number of classes from its onsite gym, including active aging classes for older adults who are looking to achieve or maintain good fitness and health, alongside a joint pain class for sufferers of arthritis and achy joints.
