Job Title:                      Part Time Match Day Ticket & Membership Administrator     

Reports to:                   Head of Ticketing and Membership

Department/Area:     Commercial            

Location:                      The Ageas Bowl, Membership and Ticket Office  

JOB PURPOSE

1. To ensure that customers are sold match day Tickets and Memberships in a prompt and efficient manner.
2. To provide a ‘world class’ level of customer service to personal visitors and phone callers and to provide as much ‘human contact’ as possible to customers during office hours and opening times.
3. To work on match days during the season with the possibility of extra work to cover busy holiday periods.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

1. To assist in the selling of Tickets and Membership during County and International matches
2. Reconciling money taken and tickets sold at the end of the match
3. General administration duties
4. Assisting with any customer enquiries

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Excellent communication skills – face to face, telephone and written
• Efficient and organised
• Key team player -  ability to work in a dynamic team but also on an individual basis
• Excellent time management skills
• A passion for customer service and satisfaction
• Ability to work on your own initiative

• The ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with difficult and stressful situations
• Knowledge of most Microsoft Office products, including, Word, Excel and outlook
• Knowledge of Venuemaster desirable but not essential
• Must be flexible as evening and weekend work will be required
