Take a look and work out what's happening in a classic photo from the club's archive

13 April 2020

Hampshire Cricket's historian Dave Allen delves into the club's photography archives, all as part of a new 'What's Happening Here?' segment.

Can you work out what's happening in this classic photo and what year this particular snap was taken?

Share your answer on our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram channels.

ANSWER: The year in question here is 2008! Nic Pothas acknowledges applause for a superb century at Trent Bridge, while his partner Liam Dawson, who was just 18 at the time, also scored 100* in just his sixth first-class match to become Hampshire's youngest ever first-class centurion.
