You can access the venue on the matchday by scanning a printed or digital version of the ticket you will have received on the same email that the booking was made on.
Plan your journey in advance and allow extra time, as roads around Utilita Bowl will be busy on matchday.
We recommend arriving early and using public transport where possible. The best way to travel is to take a train to Southampton Airport Parkway or Hedge End, then use the direct rail shuttle running continuously before, during and after the match.
Our final return shuttles will depart 30 minutes after the game ends to Southampton Airport Parkway and Hedge End.
Rail shuttle tickets can be booked for £5 for adults and £3 for under-17s, whilst pay on the day will also be available.
Please note, there is no park & ride service available for this fixture. Park & Walk is available to book for £15.

After the match, cars will be held for at least 20 minutes to allow safe crowd exit. If you haven’t pre-booked parking, limited parking is available at Southampton Airport Parkway in the multi-story car park, with a rail shuttle to the venue.

Blocks Q & R are reserved as an alcohol free zone. No alcoholic drinks are to be taken in this area.

The Arlott Atrium and Derek Shackleton Bar are open to all spectators. The Roof Terrace is reserved for premium tickets. The Robin Smith Suite is reserved for hospitality guests.

A smart-casual dress code is enforced. The following items are not permitted: running trainers, flip flops, sportswear (excluding Hampshire merchandise), or ripped jeans. Tailored shorts are acceptable.
Hospitality guests are entitled to one complimentary parking pass per four guests and must have pre-requested their car parking pass. Guests with a car parking pass to hand should drive to the main Utilita Bowl entrance to be directed to the relevant car park by a steward upon arrival.

Upon arrival within the West Gate, DJs Vin and RH9 of H-Sound Syndicate will be bringing you an eclectic mix of tunes, alongside Bollywood dance from gates opening to the start of the match.

Kids can enjoy cricket activities in the Pick Up & Play Zone on the East Berm, run by Hampshire Cricket Board before the game and during intervals.

Free-to-use water fountains are located at both ends of the Shane Warne Stand and the hotel end of the Colin Ingleby-Mackenzie Stand.
Alcohol will be served from gates opening until 30 minutes after play, and only on-site purchases may be consumed.
