Getting Here & Travel

Please plan your journey in advance to avoid delays in getting to Utilita Bowl.

The roads around Utilita Bowl will be busy for this international fixture, so please allow plenty of time for your journey. 

We encourage our visitors to use public transport wherever possible.

The best way to travel to Utilita Bowl for England Women v New Zealand is to get a train to Southampton Airport Parkway and hop on the rail shuttle. These direct buses will be available from immediately outside the railway station, running continuously before, during and after the match  to transport fans to Utilita Bowl and back to the railway station. 

Please note, rail shuttle services will only be operating from Southampton Airport Parkway due to planned rail replacement services on the day. 

Please note, the final rail shuttle services will be returning to Southampton Airport Parkway at the end of the England v Switzerland UEFA Euros, which will be shown on TVs at the stadium.

Rail shuttle tickets can be pre-booked for £5 for adults and £3 for under-17s via the link below, whilst pay on the day will also be available.

Please only drive to Utilita Bowl if you have a pre-booked car parking pass.

All car parking at Utilita Bowl is sold out.

Parking in local neighbourhood areas is for residents only. Please be respectful of local residents' parking areas.

When leaving Utilita Bowl, please be patient as cars will be held for at least 20 minutes before being directed to exit the venue slowly after crowds have exited safely.

If you are still planning on driving but haven't pre-booked car parking, there is also a multi-story car park located at Southampton Airport Parkway which contains additional car parking spaces, subject to availability. Hop on the rail shuttle from Southampton Airport Parkway once parked.

Upon arrival, please ensure you have your digital app tickets or e-tickets ready to scan at the entrances.

Ticketholders should scan the barcode on the ticket to access the ground via the gates.

The Matchday Ticket Office (located outside the East & West Gates) will be open from 12pm for any ticket collections or queries.

Please note, all bags will be searched upon arrival.

Dedicated fast entry turnstiles will be available at the West Gate for those entering the ground without bags.

Blocks Q & R are reserved as an alcohol free zone. No alcoholic drinks are to be taken in this area.

Please note, Utilita Bowl is a cashless stadium, so please bring payment cards for any on-site purchases. All concession stands will be accepting contactless payments on the matchday.

A multi-faith room will be available as a shared facility for spectators, located under the Colin Ingleby-MacKenzie Stand.

There will be numerous matchday activations running free of charge for attendees to enjoy.

Upon arrival opposite the West Gate, DJs Vin and RH9 will be bringing you an eclectic mix of classic anthems from gates opening to the start of the match.

Get your face painted and grab a 4/6 card upon arrival within the West Gate.

Enjoy a mix of sporting activities, garden games and paint our mural in the Family Fun Zone, located on the Hilltop Grass Terrace behind the Shane Warne Stand.

The East Berm will host even more activities at ECB's We Got Game concourse activation will have a number of giveaways and competitions available, alongside an interactive screen to send messages to the team, polaroid photo booth and 'have-a-go' area.

At the end of the match, players will hold a signing and selfies session on the edge of the boundary in front of the Rod Bransgrove Pavilion. This area will be marked by flags so fans should head down with a pen for an autograph!

The UEFA Euros Quarter Final fixture between England and Switzerland will be shown on TVs across the ground. Please note, the final rail shuttle services will run until the end of the England v Switzerland UEFA Euros fixture.

Free-to-use water fountains are located at both ends of the Shane Warne Stand and the hotel end of the Colin Ingleby-Mackenzie Stand.

Alcohol will be served around the ground from gates opening, with bars closing 30 minutes after the close of play. 

Please note, no alcohol can be brought into the ground and only alcohol purchased on-site may be consumed. 

Utilita Bowl operates a strict ‘Challenge 25’ alcohol policy and as such anyone deemed to look Under 25 will be asked to provide photographic proof of age, prior to being served.
