ECB Umpire Course
This course is designed to give new umpires the key skills, knowledge and confidence to stand as an umpire in cricket. No prior experience of umpiring in cricket is required before attending the course.
Three Hampshire locals have been recognised nationally for their positive impact on cricket in the country throughout 2025.
Stephen Osgood, Rohan and Ian Crowley all won awards regionally at last year’s County Cricket Collective Awards and, as a result, were nominated for the national stage of the awards which they went on to win. They were presented with their awards at the ECB Impact of Cricket Conference, in Leicester, on Wednesday 28 January..

Match Pitch Repairs (Including Foot Hole Repair)
It's back! The top amateur male and female performers will be offered pairs of tickets to designated Hampshire / Southern Vipers matches taking place at Utilita Bowl.
The winners will be the male and female players with the highest batting score and best bowling analysis as shown on the ECB Hampshire Honours Boards each week from May to August.
The 'Top Guns' will also have the opportunity to be pictured on the matchday and feature on our social media channels.

Our D40 Disability Side secured victory on Sunday 12th May against last season’s D40 champions Yorkshire at Hartley Whitney Cricket Club.
Members of the local community were invited to St Mary’s Leisure Centre, last month for Iftar, which is the fast-breaking meal during the month of Ramadan. Over 100 members of the community were bought together to share a meal and take part in a range of sports and activities.
