As part of our ongoing growth and development, Hampshire Cricket is now looking for a Business Development Executive to join the Commercial team at Hampshire Cricket & Utilita Bowl. The Business Development Executive will support the day-to-day operation of our hospitality and advertising sales efforts and play a key role in identifying new opportunities, leads, and supporting the delivery of memorable experiences for our guests.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a customer service, sales, or business development role. They will be a confident communicator and enthusiastic about client-facing work. The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and be solution-oriented. Previous experience in a sports, hospitality, or live events environment is desirable, as well as an understanding of CRM tools and/or ticketing platforms such as SecuTix or Seat Unique.

WORKING HOURS & LOCATION
This role is based at Utilita Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, SO30 3XH.
Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, with regular requirements to work evenings and weekends during the season for matchdays and major events.
