With just three days to go until the start of the 2021 season and excitement building around the new campaign, we're counting down to the first game of the summer by looking back at some of the best batting performances from Hampshire players in recent seasons.

Monday 5th April - 3 Days To Go

Rilee Rossouw, in his first match back after a month out with a hand injury, blitzed his way to a career-best 156 as Hampshire beat Somerset by four wickets in the group stages of the Royal London One-Day Cup in 2017.

Chasing exactly 250 to win Rossouw flew out of the blocks firing in Hampshire's reply - scoring 56 of his team's first 57 runs - before going on to register a career-best score, which included 24 fours and two sixes, as James Vince's side ran out comfortable winners.
