Tickets are available to purchase at the cheaper, Advance rate until 11:59pm the day before each match, after which tickets will only be available at the On The Day rate.
Tickets can be purchased via Utilita Bowl’s online ticketing website courtesy of the link below or in person at Utilita Bowl Store (Mon - Fri: 10am - 4pm).
Seating is reserved for Hampshire Cricket Members and hospitality guests, and unreserved for all general admission tickets.
Please note, Members' Area seating is for Hampshire Cricket Members only, these are located in blocks A, B, W, X.

All tickets to individual Metro Bank One Day Cup matches will be digital tickets and available on the free Hampshire Cricket App.
If you haven’t already downloaded the App and set up a Fanscore account you’ll need to do this to access your tickets – please find instructions on to how to do so below.
1) Search 'Hampshire Cricket' in your App Store or by using the relevant link to your device below and download the free App.
2) Click the ticket icon in the App's footer menu and then 'My Tickets'.
3) Sign Up to create a FanScore account using this email address.
4) Verify your email address via the email sent from FanScore.
5) Go back to 'My Tickets' and click 'Find Tickets' and your tickets will appear.
Should you have any issues in accessing your tickets on the App please consult the document available below.
Once you’ve set up a Fanscore account and accessed your tickets on the App you’ll be able to forward on any tickets you’ve bought for friends and family to them. Once they accept the ticket it will then disappear from your wallet.

If you are a ticketholder and are unable to retrieve your tickets on the Hampshire Cricket App, then you can access the venue on the matchday by scanning a printed or digital version of the e-ticket you will have received on the same email that the booking was made on.

Public bus 'Bluestar' no. 14 and no. 24 both pass Utilita Bowl on Metro Bank One Day Cup matchdays.
Please allow plenty of time for your journey and please be aware it is possible that car parks will become full.
Season-long car parking pass holders, disabled guests and hospitality guests will be parked on site.
On-site parking is available to purchase online by following the link below, or available to purchase on the day, subject to availability.
Please note, after the close of play car parks will be held whilst pedestrians exit safely, and car parks may take up to an hour to clear after the game.

Upon arrival, please ensure you have downloaded the Hampshire Cricket App and accessed your tickets on the App. You'll then be able to scan your digital tickets at the turnstiles at the West Gate (see instructions located above in 'Tickets' section on this webpage). Alternatively, all ticket holders who purchased in advance will have been sent an e-ticket to the email which they purchased tickets with, which will contain a barcode to scan at the gates.
The Matchday Ticket Office (located opposite the West Gate), will be open from 9:30am until 4pm on all matchdays.
Gates will open at 10am for Hampshire home games, with the fixtures set to commence at 11am and scheduled to finish at 6pm.
Hampshire Members can scan their Membership cards to gain access to Hampshire's fixtures, whilst Members' guests and ticket holders should scan their e-ticket or App Ticket to gain access.
The venue is entirely cashless, so please ensure that you bring appropriate cards with you if you would like to purchase anything at the venue.
Seating for all fixtures are unallocated.
Free Wi-Fi is available to use at Utilita Bowl for all of Hampshire's Metro Bank One Day Cup matches. Simply log into 'Utilita Bowl' in your device's Wi-Fi settings, sign-in and browse.

A contemplation room will be available as a shared facility for spectators, located under the Colin Ingleby-MacKenzie Stand.
An information point will be open in the Arlott Atrium for any queries that you may have, and will be open from gates opening until the close of play. Please note, any lost property should be handed in or collected from this information point.
The Arlott Atrium is open to all spectators, whilst the Derek Shackleton Bar will remain a reserved area for Hampshire Members, and the Roof Terrace & Robin Smith Suite reserved for Executive Club Members.

A range of food & drink will be on offer at Utilita Bowl on Metro Bank One Day Cup matchdays.
Food & drink will be available to purchase around the ground from gates opening.
The Arlott Atrium (Rod Bransgrove Pavilion) and Derek Shackleton Suite (Members only) will be serving food & drinks within the Rod Bransgrove Pavilion, whilst the Boundary Bar (Hilton Hotel End) will be serving drinks too.
There will be vegetarian, vegan. gluten-free and halal options available around the ground.
Free-to-use water fountains are located at both ends of the Shane Warne Stand and the hotel end of the Colin Ingleby-Mackenzie Stand.
BEEFY’S by Lord Botham Restaurant & Bar (located within Hilton at Utilita Bowl) has a brand-new menu. With Hampshire's home matchdays due to finish at roughly 6pm, attendees may wish to consider booking a table for dinner via the link below, or please contact the team on 02382 027097, or via beefys@ageasbowl.com.
Alcohol will be served around the ground from 60 minutes prior to each match, with bars closing at the close of play.
Please note, a maximum of four cans of beer or equivalent, or 70cl of wine may be brought into the ground for Hampshire's Metro Bank One Day Cup fixtures at Utilita Bowl.
Utilita Bowl operates a strict ‘Challenge 25’ alcohol policy and as such anyone deemed to look Under 25 will be asked to provide photographic proof of age, prior to being served.
