Charli Rae Knott was born on 29^th November 2002 and is a right handed batter and right arm off spinner.

Knott joined the Vipers ahead of the 2024 season, where she will be available for all of the Vipers’ matches before The Hundred.

Knott, 21, made her professional debut in 2018, aged just 15, against Tasmania, and a few months later playing for Australia U19s, she claimed figures of 4-20 against New Zealand Women’s Development XI.

In 2021, Knott recorded her career-best score of 68 batting at three against New South Wales, and also made 51 for Wellington in the 2022-23 Super Smash.

Knott was also part of Australia’s tour of England last summer where she played seven times for Australia A and scored 155 runs and took six wickets.

She scored 41 on Vipers debut against South East Stars at Beckenham, and followed it up with a half-century in her first home game against Central Sparks.

Then, in just her fifth game for the club, she recorded her first ever List A century as she brought up three figures against Western Storm at Bristol.

In the Charlotte Edwards Cup, she continued her good form with the bat with another fifty against Sunrisers before taking a career-best 4-23 against the Storm at Utilita Bowl.
