We’re now looking for two enthusiastic and motivated coaches to join our friendly team. We want to hear from people who can bring energy and a genuine passion for sport to every session. Working across schools and community settings, you’ll play a key role in making a lasting difference to young people, their families, and the wider cricket community.

Hampshire Cricket Board is excited to announce the launch of the Hampshire Champions Programme 2025, offering young cricketers aged 13-16 the chance to develop their skills in coaching, officiating, leadership, and volunteering. This year, the programme introduces two levels – Bronze and the all-new Silver – providing tailored opportunities to inspire and empower the next generation of cricket leaders.
In conjunction with Buddle, Hampshire Cricket Board are hosting free, bitesize online workshops to inspire, enhance skills, and support club and community organisation development. Each session runs from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm via Zoom.
Hampshire Cricket Board (HCB) is currently developing a new countywide strategy for 2025-2029, and we want your club to be part of it! The strategy will focus on growing the game of cricket across the county, and central to this vision is providing the right support to clubs.
To ensure we address your club’s needs and priorities, we invite you to complete a short questionnaire. This is your opportunity to share what matters most to your club and the support you would like from HCB and other cricket organisations to help achieve your goals.
The Slam has become a key part of midweek cricket in Hampshire since its launch in 2022, expanding to offer both men's and women's competitions. The men’s competition now aims to crown a county-wide short format champion, while the women’s competition has been so popular that plans are underway to create a higher-tier format for Division 1 players.
Hampshire Cricket Board is offering a Club Scorer course for anyone interested in learning how to score cricket matches. This course is suitable for both beginners and experienced scorers who want to refine their skills.
