D40 Quest side finish top of the South group to book their place in the National Final
Hampshire Cricket Board’s D40 Quest side have secured their place in the National Final for the second consecutive season, continuing what has been another hugely successful campaign for the Disability Cricket programme.
The development of the Counties Disability Cricket Programme has seen five Hampshire Disability Cricket sides compete across a range of ECB Disability Cricket competitions this season, providing increased opportunities for players to develop and compete at county level.
At the top of Hampshire’s hardball disability cricket pathway, the D40 Quest side have enjoyed an impressive league campaign, winning five of their six league matches to finish at the top of the South group and book their place in the National Final.
Hampshire will face Lancashire at host club Kidderminster Cricket Club on Sunday 23 August, with the side aiming to go one step further than last season and lift the D40 Quest trophy.
Hampshire have a proud history in the competition, having previously been crowned champions on four occasions in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2022.

The side are hoping to cap an impressive season by adding another D40 Quest title to their growing list of successes.
The achievement also underlines the continued growth of Disability Cricket in Hampshire, with the County Disability Cricket Programme providing a clear pathway for players to develop, compete and progress through the county structure.
