Hampshire Cricket Board is growing its team as we embark on an exciting new chapter to deliver our four-year strategy, Breaking Boundaries.
Guided by our mission to inspire, empower and connect communities through cricket, we are committed to making the game more inclusive, inviting and accessible to all.

We are looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals who are passionate about cricket and its power to make a positive difference. You will be motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, a genuine commitment to inclusion and community engagement, and the drive to build trusted relationships with clubs, partners and participants.
As one of two Club Development Officers and part of the wider club Development team, you will work collaboratively with club volunteers, teachers, and community partners across a designated geographic area to drive inclusive, sustainable participation in cricket. In addition, each Officer will take on specific programme responsibilities, with a particular emphasis on supporting the growth of women’s and girls’ cricket, helping clubs to expand and strengthen their offer within the game.
