Hampshire Cricket Board is growing its team as we embark on an exciting new chapter to deliver our four-year strategy, Breaking Boundaries.

Guided by our mission to inspire, empower and connect communities through cricket, we are committed to making the game more inclusive, inviting and accessible to all.

To support this ambition, we have created a number of exciting new roles within the team.  These positions will sit at the heart of our work, helping us build lasting relationships, remove barriers to participation, and create meaningful opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to engage with the game.

We are looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals who are passionate about cricket and its power to make a positive difference. You will be motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, a genuine commitment to inclusion and community engagement, and the drive to build trusted relationships with clubs, partners and participants.
