Winner: Bella Wilson - Ropley Cricket Club
Bella is a fantastic example of the former Vipers Champions Programme and an invaluable part of the Ropley CC Women’s and Girls’ set-up. Already committed as Women’s 1st XI captain and co-coach of the Girls Under 15s and Under 17s, Bella stepped forward in January to provide additional long-term support for the girls’ section - volunteering herself without being asked. Alongside full-time employment, Bella took on the role of lead coach for the Girls Under 13s, delivering weekly indoor sessions, overseeing matches and supporting Girls Under 11 commitments throughout January and February. Bella’s selfless dedication and commitment have played a huge role in ensuring girls’ cricket continued to thrive at Ropley CC.

Richard Dibden - Totton & Eling Cricket Club
Richard is at the heart of junior coaching at Totton and Eling CC, leading the club’s Friday night indoor training programme for cricketers aged 8-16 across both boys’ and girls’ age groups. Every Friday evening, Richard delivers over three hours of coaching, supporting players of all abilities and helping young cricketers develop their skills and confidence. He has also organised additional outdoor sessions for talented players whenever the weather has allowed. Alongside his junior commitments, Richard has also led a winter coaching programme for the club’s W10 ladies team. Richard’s dedication, enthusiasm and commitment to developing cricket at Totton and Eling CC make him a worthy champion.

Craig Harding - Burridge Cricket Club
Craig is a hugely valued member of his club whose dedication and selflessness make a lasting impact both on and off the pitch. As captain of Burridge CC's 4th XI, Craig plays a key role in supporting younger players transitioning into adult cricket, creating a positive and encouraging environment to help them develop their confidence and skills. Alongside this, he manages and coaches the Under 13 side, showing incredible commitment by never missing a training session and always supporting the progress of every player. Away from matches and training, Craig also gives up countless hours helping the grounds team, always willing to step in with pitch maintenance and other essential jobs around the club. Craig’s reliability, loyalty and willingness to help in any capacity make him a truly deserving Cricket Collective Champion of the Month.

Christine Cunningham - Shedfield Sixers Cricket Club
Christine has played a key role in the creation and success of a new women’s W10 cricket team at Shedfield, helping to build a welcoming and inclusive environment for women and girls to get involved in cricket. As part of a wider team, Christine has supported funding applications, sourced sponsorship and helped secure access to facilities, ensuring the club has been able to grow sustainably while keeping cricket affordable and accessible for all. Thanks to these efforts, Shedfield’s women’s W10 section has already grown to more than 30 members in its first year. Her passion for inclusion and community has helped create a supportive ladies-only W10 environment where women of all backgrounds and abilities feel encouraged to take part in the game. Christine’s dedication and commitment have already made a significant impact within the local cricket community, making her a deserving Cricket Collective Champion of the Month.

Steve Miller - Wellow & Plaitford Knights Cricket Club
Steve “Windy” Miller is a dedicated and selfless volunteer who has made a significant impact at Wellow & Plaitford Knights Cricket Club. A regular presence at both junior and senior cricket, Windy gives countless hours to supporting players, coaches and the wider club. Whether assisting at training sessions, scoring matches, helping with set-up, or supporting the club’s men’s teams as a player, he leads by example and is always willing to lend a hand. Beyond matchdays, Windy contributes to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the club running, from pitch preparation and facility maintenance to practical improvements around the ground. No task is ever too small, and he is always one of the first to volunteer when help is needed. His commitment to developing junior cricket, supporting fellow volunteers and strengthening the club community makes him an invaluable member of Wellow & Plaitford Knights Cricket Club and a thoroughly deserving Cricket Collective Champion of the Month.
