The Facilities and Investment Manager will play a vital role in helping the Hampshire Cricket Board (HCB) achieve its mission to inspire, empower, and connect communities through cricket.
Working closely with HCB colleagues, clubs, and leagues, you will help develop new facilities and enhance existing ones across Hampshire. You will champion the creation of welcoming, inclusive environments and support clubs to become more sustainable and resilient in the face of climate change.
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual with great communication and organisational skills, and a real passion for sport, community impact and facility development.

Priestlands and King Edward VI secured victory in the ECB Girls Schools’ County Final at Utilita Bowl, with Priestlands defending their U13 title in a dramatic three-way tie. King Edward VI claimed the U15 crown, defeating Priestlands in the final. The event showcased the growing talent and competitiveness of girls' cricket across Hampshire.

Throughout the winter, three W10 competitions have taken place across Hampshire at Gang Warily in Fawley, Dummer in Basingstoke, and West Hill Park School in Fareham. The competitions have seen thrilling matches, with teams battling for a place in the County Final on 6th April at Gang Warily Recreation Centre.
Over 150 members of the local community gathered at St Mary’s Leisure Centre last week for the third edition of the Wicketz Celebration Event. The Hampshire Cricket Board delivers the successful Lord’s Taverners Wicketz Programme in various areas of Southampton, including St Mary’s and Shirley.
