Hampshire Cricket Board celebrates 250 volunteers at the Cricket Collective Event, with a record 236 nominations across 15 categories at Utilita Bowl.
We are looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals who are passionate about cricket and its power to make a positive difference. You will be motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, a genuine commitment to inclusion and community engagement, and the drive to build trusted relationships with clubs, partners and participants. Experience working in community sport, education or development roles would be an advantage, but above all we are seeking people who share our values, energy and ambition for growing the game.

We are seeking mainstream club players with a disability who have aspirations to represent Hampshire and progress through the ECB Disability Pathway.
