England secured a superb series victory against New Zealand as they claimed a thrilling win in the final IT20 fixture of the series at Eden Park.
Eoin Morgan’s side won by nine runs in an incredible super over after both teams had initially scored 146 in rain affected IT20 decider.
Hampshire captian James Vince took two important catches to help secure the win in particular dismissing ex-Hampshire T20 overseas Colin Munro after he had motored to 46 off just 21 balls.
A blistering 47 off just 18 balls from Jonny Bairstow helped England get off to a flyer in what seemed a daunting chase of 147 from 11 overs.
Chris Jordan became the hero for England as the game reached its climax, scoring 12 off the last three balls to take it to a super over - a repeat of this summer's incredible World Cup Final victory at Lord's.
