Hampshire Cricket are pleased to announce record-breaking Vitality Blast Passport sales after unprecedented early interest.
Following the launch of a new Early Bird + offer for the 2019 season, the seven-match product – which allows access to all of Hampshire’s action-packed Vitality Blast matches at the The Ageas Bowl – has been hugely popular, with a 145% year-on-year increase in sales already seen during the first month’s on-sale period with more than two weeks still remaining.
Available for just £99, a Vitality Blast Passport offers Hampshire fans the opportunity to make a big saving on the lowest price individual T20 match tickets, and as part of the new Early Bird + offer, for a limited time fans will also receive a free Vitality Blast Guest Voucher for a friend or family member with every Passport purchase.
The early demand we’ve seen has been very pleasing, with our new Early Bird + Passport offer adding even more value for fans purchasing earlier this year.
David Mann, Chief Executive Officer
With four Friday night matches, two Sunday fixtures and a Thursday evening contest scheduled for next summer, we’re looking forward to welcoming more fans than ever to the The Ageas Bowl for next year’s Vitality Blast.
Hampshire’s quest to reach an eighth Vitality Blast Finals Day begins next year on Friday 19th July with fans treated to the always anticipated ‘el clasicoast’ clash against Sussex Sharks as the season-opening fixture at the The Ageas Bowl.
A huge home clash against Surrey on Friday 16th August is the highlight of four fixtures in August with matches against Somerset (Friday 9th August), Essex (Sunday 25th August) and Middlesex (Thursday 29th August) also scheduled.
Alongside all of the on-field action, a range of free family-friendly activities will also be available at matches once again next summer, helping to deliver unforgettable family days out at the The Ageas Bowl. The venue was recently recognised for its outstanding family experience at the ECB’s Business of Cricket Awards, taking home the ‘Welcome Families Award’.
As part of the venue’s off-pitch offering, fans will also be able to take advantage of a range of excellent ‘festival style’ food and drink concessions again this year – as well as live music at the ground ranked as having the best view in English cricket.
And you can give the gift of summer this Christmas with a 2019 Vitality Blast Passport with Early Bird + Passports available to purchase online via the link below, over the phone on 0844 847 1863 or in person from the The Ageas Bowl Ticketing and Membership Office during normal working hours.
However, with only a limited number of these best-value Passports available, fans are encouraged to move quickly to avoid missing out.
Situated an hour or less away from London, Brighton, Portsmouth and Reading, the The Ageas Bowl is easily accessible for anyone living in the South of England. With excellent transport links from all major train stations and ferry terminals in the area, as well as a Park & Ride Scheme, it couldn’t be easier to get to and from the ground.
