England visit The Ageas Bowl twice in 2023 - with England Women facing Australia in an Ashes ODI in July and England Men facing New Zealand in an ODI of their own in September - and tickets for both fixtures went on sale recently.
To mark the on-sale, we're looking back at impressive individual performances in international fixtures at The Ageas Bowl.
Pujara came to the crease in the eighth over with the score on 37 and carried his bat through the Indian first innings.
India’s number three batted for 355 minutes and faced 257 balls in his mammoth innings.
The following top score was Virat Kohli’s 46. No other batter looked as assured at the crease as Pujara.
None of the English bowlers could break his defences. Pujara finished 132 not out while striking 16 boundaries in his innings.
