Joe Weatherley: "To Come Through The Academy Means A Lot"

Following this week's announcement that Joe Weatherley has committed his future to the Club, we spoke to Hampshire batsman as he looked back on his journey from the Academy to the First Team and his hopes for the coming seasons.

The 24-year-old is a product of Hampshire’s player pathway system, having featured prominently for Hampshire’s age-group, Academy and Second XI sides before making the step-up to the First Team, and he is now an important part of James Vince's side in all formats.
