Destructive left-hand batsman Rilee Rossouw will join Melbourne Renegades for this year's 2020/2021 Big Bash League.
Rossouw, who will feature in Australia's domestic T20 tournament for the first time, will be available for the full duration of the competition.
The Big Bash has been a high-quality competition for a long time now, so I’m very excited to get the opportunity to play in such a competitive league.
Rilee Rossouw
I’ve enjoyed playing in Australian conditions before so I’m looking forward to heading over there and helping the Renegades have a successful season.
The Renegades, who claimed their first BBL crown back in 2018, are led by Australian white-ball skipper Aaron Finch and also feature former Hampshire overseas star Imran Tahir.
The 31-year-old also joins Hampshire captain James Vince in this year's edition of the tournament, with Vince set to feature for Sydney Sixers for a second successive campaign.
Vince has enjoyed three BBL stints previously, representing Sydney Sixers in last years' competition and their state counterparts Sydney Thunder across 2017 & 2018.
